10 month and it broke
Broken after 10 month os usage. I yried to get it replace by the manufacture who only can get contacted by email and took over a week to replied back at me. They asked for my address, order number and name so they can send me a replacement which also said it'll take 3 weeks to be delivered since it's manufacture is in China. 4 weeks later they emailed me saying the delivery company couldn't find my address and they apologize by the inconvenience. I call it BS

No charging base included!!!! Update Cable plugs directly into batteries.
The media could not be loaded. I did not receive a charging base with the order. The power cable for the base is included however, the batteries and therefore the tool are useless without the base. Both batteries are at about 25% charge so won't last too long. The tool itself seems very nice and the storage bag is a nice touch. Without the charging base I will get about an hour or two of use out of it and then it becomes a heavy manual wrench.Update to review: I reached out to Customer Service about the charging base, they replied the same day informing me that you can plug the charging cable directly into the batteries. I missed this small detail, also not mentioned in the manual. They also sent a video of how to connect the charger. Great service and the tool works as expected.

Great tool for price
I purchased this item and through various uses, I found it works really well if you loosen the nut up by hand and then use this tool. It’s also a smarter way to remove a bolt to reduce chance of stripping bolt. It has a great battery life and the customer service team is awesome! 5 stars!

Such an upgrade when you're working on your car, could be a tiny faster though
works wellbattery lasts for everonly thing to improve was that it could be a bit faster, but other than that, a decent 3/8 drive head.
