Great item
Sturdy and easy to use without taking too much room up

very powerful and very quiet
This vibro plate is everything I wanted and more - very powerful and yet very quiet. I have problems with my legs and in particular circulation, and this plate is helping me a lot. I am 77.Many years ago I had another vibro plate, but this one made a huge racket when in use. I live in a tower block surrounded by concrete, and yet all my neighbours could hear it when I was using it! There has clearly been a big advance in the technology which I appreciate.The remote is inadequate, but because of the way I use the machine it isn't that important to me. I am not returning it. It works spasmodically. Life is too short to keep pressing buttons on a remote before you get a result. I don't know if it is a fault in this remote or a design fault.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I think it would be of particular help to people with health/circulation issues.

Missing part
The product itself is very good. Exactly what I was hoping for. However, there was a part missing - namely the workout and nutrition guide book. This was shown in the illustration but apparently is not included in the whole package. There are no separate books to be sent to customers who are expecting the full product as shown in the illustration, so if you want the workout guide buy a different product.

I bought one of the 1st ones of these years ago.Never used it. Was cumbersomeBut this is brilliant. I love it. It’s easy to use. Not as noisy as others. And I like the control wristband. Save bending. I have a bad back. But have enjoyed using this

Disappointing
Had the item 20 days then motor broke. Asked for a replacement which took 16 days to arrive! When received remote didn't work, I had to replace the battery.

Great device for exercising at home.
This vibration plate has helped both my wife and I with mobility issues. Not a complete fix yet as it's still early days but for an 80 year old it's enabled me to be more flexible and be in less pain where the medics were unable to help with. Sure I only use the slower less energetic exercises at this time but the more I use it the more confident I become. Result is, I am able to walk further without constant stops due to pain. Very easy to use due to the simple remote control. Not used the bluetooth link yet for music because the rhythm might make me go to fast!!!. Good investment.
