I recently purchased a cervical pillow, and I must say, it has been a game-changer for me. The relief I am now getting in my neck area is a life saver! Admittedly, it takes some getting used to, especially if you're accustomed to traditional flat pillows. The unique design of this pillow, is what sets it apart. The memory foam feels incredible and molds to the contours of my neck and head, providing personalized support.One of the standout features for me is the temperature regulation. Unlike some other pillows that can get uncomfortably warm, this one stays cool throughout the night. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in overall comfort. Whether I'm lying on my side or even on my stomach, the pillow continues to provide the right level of support. It's a versatile solution that caters to various sleeping preferences.One concern I've had with previous pillows is their tendency to lose shape over time. Strange shaped pillow but it did help with my tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. Took a few days to get used to it. It's comfortable and cradles the neck well. Side sleeper so it has alleviated my shoulder pain as it states it should do. The pillow case is also cool on the skin but I did put a normal shaped pillow case on it.

This pillow has given me the best night sleep since I have received it. I loved how it comes package but also the description of how it can be used right on the box. I have had neck and shoulder pain for over a year and this has allowed my pain to be majorly reduced and most of the time none the next morning. The pillow has helped me find the perfect position to sleep in. It is soft and cool to sleep on. My cat even likes sleeping on it during the day. I do recommend this pillow to others to try. I made the mistake of purchasing 2 of these pillows. For one, they are smaller than a standard size pillow. They are also much flatter than a standard pillow. In fact, it doesn’t even fill out a standard size pillow case. The design concept is decent but there is really no place to put your arm if you are a side sleeper. The pic gives the illusion that your arm will fit in between the butterflied sides but it’s very thin and not wide at all. For reference, I am 5’3” 140lbs, so I definitely don’t have larger arms. The pillow doesn’t actually cradle your neck. It’s slightly inclined with a small indent to give it that “feeling”. Would not recommend to anyone with neck or without neck issues. The price is absurd for what you receive.

The most positive thing I can say is I love the material it’s made of. Feels like silk. It’s also cool to the touch which I look forward to that in the summer months. The downside is I feel it’s too small. And the “ arm rests “ are almost non existent. So it’s ok. The reason I kept it was because of the material.

It arrived quickly. It was exactly as it was described. I've had chronic neck pain for years. I've been searching for a pillow that would help. I am very impressed with this cervical neck pillow! I've already noticed a difference in the short amount of time I've used it. It gives excellent support to my neck and shoulders! I like that it's formed to fit any position I sleep in, since I have a habit of changing positions through out the night. I highly recommend giving this pillow a try if you deal chronic neck pain, or if you're just looking for a comfortable pillow, with good support!

If you have arthritis in your neck, this is not the pillow for you

This pillow was odd to look at, but is purpose built. It is comfortable to sleep on in any position. Washable cover, comfy and the smell wasn't as bad as I expected reading other reviews.
