What I like:Good sturdy metal, not going to warp or bend. (+1 star)No rough edges. (+1)Lots of holes so that means a good bit of flexibility and many options for various needs. 3 top row holes not just one (+1)This lets me change the relative position of my hands for grip which helps me reduce the risk of rotator cuff shoulder injury. (+1)It came with 3 carabiners (in case you don’t have your own, maybe a good side purchase) (+0.5)I like to vary my strength training a little so this is useful for me to do that. (+1)What I don't like:The holes could be a little bigger, but that might mean the whole bar would need to be larger to keep the bars integrity high. This really won’t matter unless you plan to adjust it frequently- but it can be a little tricky rotating the carabiners to get it right. It's not hard per se, but takes a few seconds (-0.50 stars)The powder coat finish is going to wear off pretty quickly where the carabiners are rubbing (fine with me, -0.10 stars).Now I need a couple of extra grip options (like D rings or rope attachments) to get better flexibility from this.

The Veimia LAT Pulldown Adapter enables new exercises on my old Nautilus dual cable exercise equipment. The adapter was made with many attachment points that makes it easy for integration with multiple cable systems. Attaching both cables helps balance the muscles on both sides of my body; it is much more obvious when one side of the body is pulling faster or feels easier when keeping the adapter plate steady and balanced. This is something I had not noticed when using the cables separately without this coupling adapter. I appreciate how thick the adapter plate was made. No exercises I would be able to perform safely could load this adapter enough for it to bend in any way that I would notice. The Velmia adapter is a good addition to my home exercise equipment collection.The one suggestion I would make to the manufacturer is to add a larger radius on the attachment holes. I can see the edges of the holes starting to dent the carabiners.

It's a solid piece of laser cut steel. Assuming it doesn't get dropped in salt water or caustic chemicals, this thing is going to still be is great shape when I'm long dead. There's literally no way I'm every going to be strong enough to damage the main bar. I like that in a piece of gym equipment.The shape of the bar is well designed, giving the user lots of versatility in how to use it. I've used it both with a single and a double attachment point. Just had to flip it over. Worked great with both. The carabiners it comes with are very nice and fit the variety of handles and cables that I have.I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product. It's a solid and worthwhile investment if you have home gym needs that this bar will meet. Like I said, I'll probably be using this for the rest of my weight training life.

This is great for if you don't feel your lats with traditional bar lat pulldown bars.I brought this to my gym and used it with their handles to get a deep contraction. The variety of holes let you adjust for all sorts of cable matchines (either single cables or double) and the included clips are identical to the ones my gym has so the quality is great.The bar is powder coated black with a nice finish which should prevent rust and let it last longer. The dimensions listed in the product photos are indentical to the product.Since the product listing matches what came in the package and the product details had enough information to make an informed purchase, I feel like this easily deserves 5 stars.

This is a very useful element in adapting two cables into one or one into two, with lots of attachment points to choose from. Overall length and distance between holes is given, and accurate, and the thickness of this metal bar is 5mm or about .2 inches. Check measurements; it is 17 inches overall and 15.5 inches between the two outermost holes. It's solid and heavy, can take a lot of weight with no deforming at all. It's exactly what I wanted for making the most of the limited equipment I have, because this can add variety and choice to how weights and handles are attached. I think $30 for it is a bit much, watch for coupons or discounts.

Beautifully machined and finished when you take it out of the box. However,After only a few uses, the carabiners rubbed off the powder coated finish. Nice that it comes with three carabiners so you can start your pull downs right out of the box. Lots of flexibility due to the various holes and overall it’s nice to be able to use a more natural range of motion when compared to straight bar pull downs. It does seem a little bit expensive considering how easily one could create makeshift versions of this product with other gym equipment, but it certainly will last a lifetime if you don’t care about the aesthetic changes due to wear and tear.

I needed something to convert a double pulley into a single pulley attachment, and this thing was perfect for that. This piece is only an attachment to be able to attach a lat bar. It was the only thing I could find that accomplished this. It's sturdy, thick metal and came with (3) carabiners to attach to the machine. This is well made and sturdy. I believe it is laser cut steel. It was thicker than I thought it would be and the finish is smooth and even.

Wonderfully made back lat attachment tool. It’s really solid and heavy. Comes with 3 carabiners. For the price it’s a great item to have at your home gym or to bring to the gym. It’s not very big so it can fit in your gym bag no problem. I’d highly recommend it
