I needed to replace my "black screen" failed TV. After researching TV reviews, I chose this Samsung, and I am most pleased with it. Best picture detail and color quality I've ever had. Sound quality is great too. Using my home Wi-Fi service, the initial setup and software update was flawless and easy. This TV has the latest technology features, and with Internet updates I'll always have the latest future updates available. I'm thoroughly enjoying all TV programs, sports, and movies. Good value for the price.

Picture quality is excellent and low the super low profile. Sound quality is okay, but what can you expect for something this small. It's installed in my home bar so not a huge deal.I took off one star for 2 reasons, price and functionality. I should have done a bit more research on the TV but I didn't realize the OS is a proprietary OS built by Samsung (no AndroidTV). I wanted to the ability to load specific Android and AndroidTV apps how I saw fit, but you can't with this TV.I'm keeping it because I was not able to find another 32" 4K LED tv that uses AndroidTV. I was able to get around the lack of Android support by purchasing a Raspberry Pi 4 and loading a custom AndroidTV build. Does what I need it to do

Bought this for my kitchen because I tend to watch evening programs there while my husband is watching other shows in the living room. My old TV didn't have very good sound quality, but I also have some ambient hearing loss. Easy setup and the picture and sound quality is really good for me. I didn't rate the TV's remote because I only use my Roku remote.

This tv was listed as open box so I expected it to be a little less than ideal in condition; however, my expectations were significantly exceeded as the TV arrived in GREAT like new condition. Additionally, the seller was very communicative and provided great customer service. Would recommend.

Like the TV. Remote is much to small for me. Easy to lose. Light on hdmi connections. Color is absolutely beautiful!

I purchased the 50 in tv, wonderful picture, but the volume is awful. So if you plan on purchasing this TV, be sure to buy a sound bar..
