Very easy to read. Excellent first book for new administrators.

Fullan wrote the foreword. I would suggest you read any of his books before this one. There are so many other great books on leadership and education.

I have been a school and district level leader for more than 25 years and I also teach a course for aspiring school and district level administrators.
