Amazing book with the power to change your life bigtime!
The power to convey in a simple manner which we can understand is the USP of this book. Kudos to Mina to help change the thinking of the women overall and make this planet a better and of high value!

Beautifully written
I have been following mina for her awhile now and have watched all her videos didn't find anything new or deep into this book apart from 6 step process like actual things on dating, healing etc it contains only basic journalling prompts can do better. Thanks... if anyone has watched all her YouTube content then this book doesn't serve anything new

Insightful read and practical tips
This book has a lot of knowledge needed for us women to understand our true power. It also has practical tips and journal prompts that will help you understand yourself more and have next action steps. Overall a great read.

The BEST personal development book so far
This whole book speaks volumes! It absolutely breathed life into me! For anyone who is looking to self improve, figure out patterns of limiting aspects and create your firm foundation while still being feminine, this book is a must. I'm so glad I found Mina on Instagram that led me to this book. I just purchased her other book and companion journal to dive in deeper. I'm so grateful 🙏

La biblia de la energía femenina
A pesar de estar en inglés, recomiendo muchísimo este libro para sanar tu energía femenina. Mina Irfan es una mujer espectacular y este libro resume cientos de videos que ella ha subido (lo sé porque la sigo desde hace años). Un poco controversial en ciertas opiniones, pero este libro realmente te hace cambiar tu perspectiva sobre la energía femenina, un gran libro y lo recomiendo muchísimo
