TheraPutty - Therapeutic modelling clay - 4 oz - green (medium)

Great progression from the Tan extra, extra soft. I had a Sagittal Band repair surgery on my left hand around March 2025. It has healed beautifully, however, I still like to exercise both my hands and needed something firmer and more of a challenge. So I skipped yellow and red and went for green (medium) and its ideal. A little greasy to begin with, but that's just the oils to keep it supple. Kept manipulating it and then washed my hands. Went back to it and after a short time of squeezing, it dried nicely with no surplus oil release. Its perfect now. Highly recommended for hand use after any type of surgery, BUT, use the Tan XX-soft first until its healed. Then progress to firmer putty if you want to. I find it very helpful to keep up hand grip strength. Super product. PS. No smell at all.

it was fine putty and it was great for stress relief but sometimes it may stain if you're not careful but overall I recommend this!

Recommend this as it is helping my husband to strengthen his muscles in his hands

Seems to work ok

Bought these for partner after he had hand injury and needed to do resistance training to regain strength. Very good quality putty and has been helping him. The medium is firmer than I’d expect but does the job. Would absolutely recommend.

I got this as a fidget toy as I got into a habit of squeezing a bit of bluetack between my thumb and forefinger while using my computer. This appears to be much better, it's a similar consistency but is odorless and feels nicer to touch which I guess is expected as it is designed for this.

J'ai acheter cette pâte pour mon entrainement. Franchement c'est limite niveau résistance... La verte est vraiment dure, encore utilisable par quelqu'un de très costaud au niveau des mains mais sinon c'est impossible de s’entraîner normalement. La verte : c'est dure. La bleue : quasi inutilisable. La noire : impossible même pour moi à utiliser... On dirait que j'essaye de pétrir un cailloux... :-/ Hors j'utilise des pâtes depuis des années pour renforcer mes mains. Principalement la pâte verte à raison de 2 x 50 exercices par mains / par jour. Pourtant avec la noire en ce qui me concerne c'est niet, autant s’entraîner avec un caillou... Mais ce sont d'excellents produit au demeurant, aucun risque de se blesser, vu qu'on exerce que notre propre force aucune action, ni réaction mécanique. Parfait pour une rééducation et pour l'entrainement. Non gras, faut juste faire attention de ne jamais les laisser en dehors de leurs boites respectives, ils ont l'air de fondre et ils deviennent comme un gel mou en apparence. Mais sur du tissu, c'est la galère garantie! Sinon je suis vraiment ravi de mon achat. Je le recommande vivement
