Perfect product - does exactly what it says. I use this all the time when flying drones commercially to keep everyone safe and at a distance. Long life with batteries. Really bright. Magnets work great on my car.

Purchased this to go with a red light for a Christmas Santa Parade. VERY bright light and has adjustable strobe control. However wish you did not have to remove cover and battery pack to control the strobe. Would be a bit more convenient to have strobe control located elsewhere. Otherwise this is a very nice product.

Heavy little thing (if it's heavy, it's made well, right?)(My daughter dropped it about 4' down onto concrete where it rolled another 3-4' It didn't crack or anything.)Bright.Easy to do batteries (no screwdriver needed.)Easy to turn on and off. Great attention grabber when we go to someone's house. They seem more apt to open the door when they see flashing lights. Unlike other reviewers' lights, mine doesn't seem too great on battery life. When I got it, I put brand new batteries in and tried it out. Yes, it is decently bright (just wish you could crank up the "spin" speed), and yes, the magnets hold very well on top of my truck, both at speeds up to about 45-50mph (fastest I can drive around here) and, impressively, even while romping around off-road. Back to battery life...just 2-3 weeks after my "test-drive," having left it turned off and stowed in the center console of my truck, I pulled it out to show someone, and pbbbt, nothing, batteries dead. I don't know how, maybe somehow drawing current even while turned off. I noticed that it DOES have a connection for a DC power cord input, with a crooked paper sticker that says 12V, but it DOESN'T have a cord to use with the product. And if you plug a power source into something without knowing things such as the amperage rating matches between product/power-source, you can over/under power the device, and potentially cause an electrical fire or blow fuses in your vehicle.If you're only going to use this as an attention getter in/outside a building, this will be just fine.If you're wanting this to use this for no-kidding emergency/first-responder vehicle(s), I suggest you pony up a little more cash and get something better suited for your needs.

I AM A PROFESSIONAL SECURITY OFFICER AND I USE THIS ON MY TRUCK CONSTANTLY! IT KEEPS MY TRUCK VISIBLE TO TRAFFIC AND CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES AND DETERS THEFT BY LETTING THEM KNOW I'M WATCHING. I FORGOT THIS ON MY TRUCK ONE DAY AND HAD IT AT 70MPH AND IT WAS STILL THERE WHEN I GOT HOME. I GOT A UNIVERSAL POWER CORD FROM WALMART AND HOOKED IT TO A SWITCH SO I CAN ACTIVATE THE LIGHT WITHOUT GETTING OUT. THE LIGHT TELLS YOU THE POLARITY AND AMPS. UNFORTUNATELY MY NEPHEW WAS MESSING WITH MY POWER CORD AND FRIED MY LAST ONE (GOTTA LOVE KIDS) SO I'M BUY A NEW ONE. IT'S NOT VERY BRIGHT DURING THE DAY BUT AT NIGHT OR WHEN VISIBILITY IS LOW YOU DEFINITELY STICK OUT!

Works great, very bright and it really sturdy.

It's bright enough, infinitely variable rotation speed. Useful to identify temporary Incident Command establishment. Strong magnet. Works by intermittent flashing of vertical rows of LEDs. No wiring necessary.

Excellent product for what I need it for: A novelty lamp mounted to the roof of my truck while towing a parade float.The magnets hold strong enough, however I'm not convinced they would hold at speeds above 40mph. I could be wrong though.
