15.6 Inch Privacy Screen Filter for 16:9 Monitor 1920 x 1080 Resolution

I got this for my DGbook laptop. It works spectacularly!! It does NOT block the view from directly behind you but it says that in multiple places between the description here and on the packaging it comes in. It does exceptionally well at blocking the views from people sitting right next to you. You can choose to use either side, gloss or matte. I used side that provides more protection since I work in a field that requires me to protect my clients PHI and I take my laptop around the office. The filter comes with two ways to attach it to your screen. You need to figure out which will work best. I used the sticky things mine came with. It looks like little pieces of tape. I really thought it wasn't going to work out at first but I've had no problems with the adhesive coming undone whatsoever. The little adhesives do show and it did bother me the first day, but now I don't even notice. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

For the price, this privacy filter is actually very good and does exactly what it’s supposed to do if you want screen privacy. There are two sides: one gives stronger privacy but has more reflection, and the other is matte (less reflection) but slightly less private. I personally chose the matte side. One thing to keep in mind is that both sides reduce brightness, so using the laptop outdoors in daylight becomes difficult. As a privacy screen, it’s a solid and affordable option. However, it doesn’t stick directly to the screen...you have to use one of the two included mounting methods. The adhesive tabs can look a bit annoying if you care about aesthetics.

Doesn’t stick to my laptop without adhesives but the privacy is great!

Quick, simple, easy, effective. Does what it says on the tin, does it well. I have a raised bezel and have PHI saved on my laptop, but also sometimes want to turn the screen to a client so they can see their quotes, so I use the slide-in version. It's nice to be able to remove the screen as well, if I'm working side by side with a colleague or teaching. Glossy side is mirror-like, you can see the little hairs on your knuckles. Matte side is about the same as a normal laptop screen, blurry-ish shapes but not high-def reflections.

I really wanted this privacy screen to work, but it’s been a big disappointment. The main problem is that it simply won’t stay attached to the laptop. The stickers provided don’t hold well at all, and within a short time the screen starts peeling off or falling completely. I tried reapplying multiple times, but the adhesive loses its stick quickly and becomes useless. Even when it was temporarily in place, the edges never sat flush, so it constantly looked loose and awkward. That made it distracting to use, and it also made me worry about dust getting underneath. For something that’s supposed to protect the screen and give privacy, it defeats the purpose if it can’t stay secure. It’s a shame, because the idea of extra privacy is great, but the execution here is very poor. For the price, I expected better quality and stronger adhesive. Unfortunately, this product is not worth the money. I would recommend looking for another brand with sturdier mounting options.

I have put this privacy glass and I am surprised it really works. I needed this in my school class for privacy.

Works well with laptop fit was great price comparable; clear with visibility anti glare and easy to install

Privacy screen is correct size and feels like quality material. My only complaint is that the small sticky tabs used to secure the filter show thru when the screen is on. Depending on where you place the tabs it actually distorts the writing/numbers along the edges of the screen.

Funciona perfectamente

I purchased this for the centre screen on my BYD it keeps it protected

Eficiente, funciona a la perfección y ayuda a la privacidad
