Unless you have searched for the correct clip, or push pin to reassemble a console, or dash only to endure the rattle and flapping of the one corner that needs a new clip. You really do not understand the frustration dealing with finding the correct part. These guys have the correct fit, size, and color AND!!! I broke the door pins off my Chrysler 300 and bought these thinking they might not fit since they are for a 300M, but worked perfectly for my Chrysler 300 , just pusher them right in and done.

Installed on a 2006 Chrysler 300c, they are a near perfect match for the factory fasteners.

These were for my 2005 Chrysler 300c door panel. Works as stock and the color matched.

This fits my Chrysler 2005 300c and matches great. I took the door panel off and the old trim clips ,rivets, broke. This description say it fits 300m I gave it a shot and it matches . Tan and light grey are tricky mine was tan you can barely tell the difference by there picture. Buy the right color. These arrived fast in a small box I was happy with purchase.
