Very Durable.
I do medical transcription and kept burning through ear phone and ear buds like crazy. I got one of these and it made a huge difference. The sound is much better than on headphones. I can hear the little things. I used a set of these for over 3 years and only replaced them because I had worn a place in the cord. They still worked.

Hearing well!
I’ve used these kinds of headsets for years as a medical transcription. These were nowhere near the quality standard I’m accustomed to.

Good sound but...
...this headset is just too uncomfortable for me to wear for long periods of time. The hard plastic ear pieces make my ear canal hurt like I've poked a Q-Tip in them. Perhaps I'm trying to keep the headset too close to my ears, but if I don't then sound escapes (they are NOT noise-cancelling) and makes picking up the audio more difficult. As long as these things are jammed into my ears then I've been able to pick up even some of the worst quality audio when transcribing. Also, the "V" shape of the stethoscope hits against the upper part of my chest (just below the collarbone) which easily dislodges the earpieces. If the "V" was shorter then I don't think I'd have this issue. All in all, I'll have to keep the product as the seller doesn't accept returns that aren't defective, so I'll probably look for some soft earbud covers to try lessening the pain. I wouldn't recommend these for transcriptionists (the target consumer) who have to have a headset on for hours at a time.

Best Headset for me !!
I have used this AL60 headset for years, and I can hear very well with them. This headset is light and I can place ear piece in my ear, which is tailored for the ear. I can pick up every word that the dictator speaks and by pushing the ear piece into my ear canal snugly, all outer sound is gone. Nothing but the dictator's voice. Love these, have used this type for almost 40 years.

Comfortable
It's comfortable and I like that it doesn't go over my head or mess up my hair. There's no sound-blocking, but if you are in a quiet room its fine. Been using this one for a few years now and they generally last me about 5 years before I have to replace.

They work very well!
Product is great but had to have it sent to me 3 times before I could get it to work....the third time I asked the company to assemble it before they sent it to me..they were very helpful...included a postage prepaid envelope with the third set of earphones so I could return the first two I received.

Great sound quality.
I have been using this type of headset for over 30 years. They are durable when handled properly. Sound quality is great. I like they are adjustable to everybody's head size. I have a larger head and the plastic headsets are not comfortable when stretched. I pay a little more for the metal headset because they keep there shape and you can hear in both ears.

High-quality stethosope-style earphones
I bought these earphone for shortwave listening and ham radio applications. The frequency response does emphasize speech frequencies, as expected, and I found the earphones very good for my shortwave radio and CW (Morse code) listening. I find the stethoscope style earphones much more comfortable than ear buds, especially in my situation, where I use hearing aids in both ears. I can leave my hearing aids in place and still use these earphones with no problem.

Would not stay comfortably in ears and kept slipping
Would not stay comfortably in ears and kept slipping. Very tinny sounding. No way could I wear those for any length of time. Returned them.
