This is a great supplement and a staple of my workout. I’ve been using preworkout for 12 years on and off, but this takes the cake. There is a great balance of caffeine and beta alanine to get you going, supported also by B vitamins. There is no crashing after the workout and it’s easier on your vascular system as you are not burdening your body with 400+ mg of caffeine. There is no hiding ingredients with proprietary blends which I appreciate. They have great flavors, it is effective, and I would recommend this to anyone looking to get an edge on their workout routine.

I’ve tried a lot of pre-workout supplements, and this one really stands out. The peach mango flavor is hands down the best-tasting pre-workout I’ve ever had with no artificial or overpowering aftertaste at all. It gives me clean, consistent energy with zero jitters or crash, which is hard to find. Performance-wise, it works just as well as other high-end, more expensive brands, making it an incredible value for the price.

I've been using Pre-Workout for about a year and a half to reach my goals (down over 55lbs and going) and I'm thoroughly Impressed with this Nutricost product! I look for thermogenic and fat burning ingredients and appreciate the transparent nutritional information provided. Quite tasty, balanced flavor without being overly sweet as many are, a little tart at the end. The sweat factor is real! I take one scoop with a little water and the tingles start about 10 minutes after that. I do find my ears and nose get a little itchy when when the tingles begin. I'm wiping sweat after 8 minutes of intense stretching. Pictured after 15 minutes on the treadmill (full incline, 4.0 speed) and you can see the melt in full effect! I feel like I'm better able to zone out and focus in with this is powder, than with others. Only 4 stars since I noticed some fatigue at the end of my hour workout and some balance issues on the Bosu ball (I use it every workout with no problems) the first few days I took this. No other habits changed at this time so I attribute the issues to this powder. At the cost, this product offers great value and though I'm displeased by the fatigue and balance issues I've dealt with I'll certainly repurchase and recommend.

I get zero jitters from this pre workout but keep in my mind I have a high tolerance to caffeine. It didn’t upset my stomach at all, I didn’t get diarrhea thankfully. (Cause other pre workout supplements do) It dissolves in water the texture of it is smooth, you don’t taste any clump. I got a great pump from this supplement and help me push through my workouts well. Also, NO CRASH OUT after the pre ((

Nutricost is my new go to supplement brand. Clean, non-GMO ingredients. This pre-workout gave me a nice boost in energy without the crash or jitters I am used to with a pre-workout supplement. Taste good too in my protein shake. Do i like this company?, well, I just ordered more of their products (whey protein isolate and multi vitamins). If you're looing for a mild, sustained energy boost to get through a workout, a sports game, overnight test cramming, overtime at work, etc... this might be for you. If you need a more intense, heart racing, can't sit still pre-workout supplement look elsewhere. I play long hours, nearly everyday, of pickleball and need the energy, I'm not as young as I once was. In the past I've tried 'em all some good/most bad, but this one works best for me at this stage in my life for what I use it for.. And again, i appreciate the cost value, and the clean ingredients, well, cleaner than most...
