Yes. The nalgene fits in it with maybe an 1/8-1/16th inch to spare around the sides

Yes, the smaller ones fit, the bigger 8 oz ones won't fit.

Is the cup marked on the inside or even outside for measuring?

I just received this cup and it IS! marked on the inside. up to 500ml and 16oz as well.
