They immediately admit that there is a dearth of study and books written on the subject. I loved their honest acknowledgement of work by other authors including Peter Hawkins, Wageman, Nunes, Burruss and Hackman. They rely on this great research and produce a model for Team Coaching that makes perfect sense. To my mind team coaching is a mix of Consulting, Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring and trying to fix pure coaching approach to this practice is limiting. The arena is complex. The authors are very generous in the sharing they include within the book. Buy it this book, if you are like me and offering Team Coaching as part of your offer. Excellent and an easy read.
