Awful product! I was so excited thinking I would be getting a nice quality high end straightener for such a great price. I was so wrong. It was terrible quality! Honestly $10 would be to much. Idk how they could ever sell them for $200. It wouldn't straighten my hair ar all. I use lots of styling products so I'm aware of what works well and what doesn't. Even the packaging was super cheap! My $40 one from lange is so much better and nicer. I purchased 2. One for myself, and one for my niece for Christmas. I returned them both! Don't waste your money.
