I like that this is a 2-pack. It contains Tongkat Ali, Ashwagandha Root, Maca Root, shilajit, panax ginseng, and elderberry to name a few. There is an extensive ingredient list. I was super impressed with the ingredients. A lot of these herbs I take already in capsules which can get exhausting. It's a lot to swallow every day. Having this all in one formula is fantastic!The serving size is 2 capsules and there are 30 servings! Great price too! You are really getting a lot for what you are paying! As with any supplements I think they need to be taken for a period of time at least for me to feel a difference. I think they are great for my energy and my immune system.I like to take supplements that are well rounded and formulated to work together. This has a wonderful combination that works great for me. I am pleased with the product.

I was looking for something to boost my energy levels. I did some research on what a lot of the ingredients were and found that most of them could help me with what I was looking for. You take 2 capsules once a day. So you get two months' worth. It will take a few weeks for me to feel the effects.

Supplements are tricky because you don't tend to feel the effect of any given supplement until you have taken said supplement for a prolonged period of time. This particular supplement I did not begin to feel the effects of until I had taken it for about a month. Ordinarily, I would begin to feel the effects of a supplement after two weeks (or half the time); however, it is important to note that I am taking multiple supplements. There could have been absorption issues due to this! Regardless, I have felt some effectiveness from the product.
