The media could not be loaded.  The massaging is pretty good for a wrap around machine. Unlike other similar products, It’s much more compact then I thought it would be. I like this product more than I thought I would when I was ordering this from Amazon.This massager is pretty good. I’ve never owned a similar product before, but the massaging is very good for a little machine. It took me few tries to figure out how to use the straps and to hold it in place, the manual didn’t really explain it, and I believe there is a link to watch how to use on YouTube, but I like to figure things out on my own, so I was able to figure it out.It’s got two modes for speed and massage mode, and it also has heating.Overal I rate this 5 stars for electric massager. 25% coupon applied at checkout and it came out to around $41. 1 hour massage costs $60, so this is a bargain.I own few other Arboleaf products, scale, handheld massager, jump rope, and now this shoulder massager.I’m quite impressed with all their products. Prices are competitive to other similar products out there, yet they are good at making compact and easy to use products.

We got this massager to help work out the kinks after our bike rides. First the good, it works well and love how it digs deep into the muscles. Second, it is an affordable massager for what it can do. Ok the not so good (why we gave it an overall four). The instructions were not good at all. They were not clear about how to use the product. There are QR codes to take you to you tube videos, but those are just commercial use videos. We could not find a video that showed, in detail, how to set up and use the massager. It took a little trial and error for us to get it right and now that we figured it out, we do love it.

This massager is amazing. I didn't expect much because I've tried so many shoulder massagers over the years and nothing works. I gave this Arboleaf a try and I'm so thankful! You don't need someone else to help you get it in position (like you might with some devices). Also, if you like a device that really "digs" in, then you have that option with this massager (though you have other settings too, so if deep tissue isn't for you, no worries). The heat setting helps loosen tight muscles too. Honestly, if you carry tension in your upper back, neck, and shoulders like I do, then you don't want to miss this massager. It is FANTASTIC and worth every penny!

I've actually been having neck aches recently so this massager was exactly what I needed. The build quality is very solid and I am surprised at how strong the massage was for a rechargeable product, it really feels like fingers digging into my neck. I also love that it comes with handles, so it's easy to reposition and increase/decrease the force as well as the angle of the "fingers". I am not entirely sure how long the battery lasts, but after initial charge, I've used it for about 6-7 sessions and the light still shows green. My favorite feature, besides the actual massaging function, is the 10 minutes auto-off setting.The product was user friendly, the only thing that confused me at first was the hands-free strap, I thought I had to use it along with the handles, but it turns out it's either or. Perhaps those straps could be eliminated in future iterations or maybe it could be explained a bit better in the manual.I am very happy overall with this product; the only small thing that would make it even better is if it came with a carrying case, even a simple one.

My review of the Arboleaf Neck & Shoulder Massager CMN10B.The package was delivered promptly and included a shipping box and internal product box with handle.The handle box was a great idea and makes it easy to store and transport the massager as needed.Kudos on the packaging.Inside the handled box was the Instruction booklet, massager, and USB charge cable.The Instruction booklet was smaller than needed, and should have been larger with larger print for us who need it.The USB charge cable did not include an electrical adapter, but fits an existing adapter and charge station I have.The Massager looked to be well made and has a leatherette cover with quality looking stitching and finish.The control buttons look good and have good tactile touch buttons.I connected the massage to the charge cable and waited for it charge.Once fully charged, I mounted the massager contraption to my shoulder and neck to start my massage session.I was confused at first as there are no pictures, drawings or diagrams that show how to putting it on.After figuring out how to mount the contraption on my back and shoulder was quite a task missing good instructions.The handle straps are simple to figure out, but the elastic strap is not shown nor mentioned in the instruction booklet.The elastic strap has a latch that is hard to figure out at first and is hard to connect and remove due to lack of length and position.Longer elastic straps would make the process much better for larger individuals like myself.After some contortions I was able to mount it correctly. I now look like I have an alien riding on my neck, LOL.Once mounted it is impossible to see the buttons and you have to use your memory or look in a mirror.Once it starts massaging you adjust the two non-elastic handles to give more pressure if needed.The speed and mode are used to tailor the massage to your liking.The heat setting is available but does not give off much heat to your neck. After 10 minutes it cuts off as expected.After several massages I noticed it irritated the area where it contacted my skin and later observed the area was raw.In all the personal massages I’ve had over the years, I never had raw skin no matter how deep the massage.At this point I am not sure if I caused the raw skin by putting too much pressure on the handles, the design or the type fabric used on the massager’s fingers.I’ve had to discontinue using the massager until my skin heals.Plus 5 for packaging, looks and build quality.Minus .5 stars for the instruction booklet size and lack pics to show correct mounting position.Minus .5 for position of the controls.Minus .5 for roughness of the fingers.I give this massager an overall rating of 3 and a half stars.

Super intense massage! Even the lightest setting was intensely uncomfortable.

Bought for me and my husband and we both use it regularly to release muscle tension. The only one note if you have a broad shoulders and neck it might not fit you. It also can leave marks on your skin from pressure but they usually go away in a day

It arrived running in the box! The box was slightly rounded as it was shipped with other things, it was rocking back and forth at my door, I had no idea what it was at first. When I opened it I was so happy to see the massager there! Needless to say it works straight out of the box! You can lean back on a couch or something to have it push into your neck. The paddles pull and roll the skin towards the center. It kneads with a firm grip, really gets into the deep tissue kind of petrissage type of massage and it'll turn you into butter! You can pull on the handles too if you'd rather not be laying back. The heating option is nice. It works for about an hour on one charge. I highly recommend!

I honestly think one of the greatest things about this is that it can be charged with usb-c, it lets me have one less charger floating around the house.The actual massage is great as well, it is not too firm and does apply pressure where I want it to quite well. It feels quite well built too, I don't have concerns about its durability or feel like it will give it out after a few uses either.The only thing to remember is that this is specifically for your neck and edge of your shoulder. It will not, and can not massage other areas.Overall, I would recommend this massager to others.

I love that there isn’t a cord. It’s my favorite part, actually! I use this at work because I sit a lot and my neck and shoulders get strained. This cord-free unit allows me to walk around and stretch my legs while soothing my neck/ahoukders - I love it! Folds up small for storage. Battery life seems decent. Very comfortable to use.

I really wanted to like this one for all the obvious reasons-- It is extremely well made. Nothing cheap or tacky here. It's soft leather, sturdy straps, well made responsive control pad and presented beautifully enough to gift someone who would certainly appreciate it especially if they keep paying for neck and shoulder massages.- It gives almost real deep tissue massages. You feel like it's happening in real time. It's that close to reality.There's different levels of intensity that you can choose from - with heat no heat and a safety turn off feature which turns the machine off after 10 minutes.It is a well thought out product obviously and the team responsible should be proud.However, I wish it was more versatile. Sometimes I have aches and stiffness in my back just an inch or two from my neck and closer to the tip of my shoulder but this doesn't help at all. Because it has been engineered and contoured to work specifically on the neck and a very small proportion of your shoulder, moving around any other body areas is not just an awkward extreme sport which does nothing since it does not have the exact curvature to latch onto but is quite funny and stressful to watch.I found this very limiting for such a brilliant product especially in these times where most people are trying to carry less devices about.I really wish it was able to adapt to other body areas even if only your entire back and give thesame performanceIf you know someone who needs a deep tissue massage in same spot most days, then this may be the ideal one for them.Sadly, it did not work for me.
