Holy crap man. Do you know how hard it is to find a decent ding dong door alert thingy. It take 4 years! I don't want to use the wired bells cause that's just alot of work so I relied on wireless technology. This is used for commercial setting which should be obvious but hey if you need to be alerted when you dog/cat/horse walks through the door this is also a good product. What you going to need is a keen eye or laser pointer to set up the laser box and mirror. It has to be very accurate to hear the alert. So don't call support cause its not working, its probably because it's not lined up. I know this is for an additional speaker which is also awesome cause now I can use two speakers at different locations of the property. no set up need for speakers.

Overpriced for what it is in my opinion
Over priced in my opinion, I have two if these in my business connected to one sensor wirelessly and a lot of times only one will chime when someone triggers it.

Works as advertised. Have one in the house and one in the backyard. If anyone enters the garage we are immediately notified.
