Best chai mix we’ve tried

We love chai in my family, and have tried a fair few. It’s really hard to find a good one. This is the best one we’ve found, so far. Nice flavor, nice body when mixed up, sweet but not too sweet, etc. This order I am reviewing is where I bought 2 4lb packs to send to my sister in law in Australia, because, like I said, it’s the best one we, and she, have found, so far.

Product package was damaged when it was shipped

Buyer Beware! I had this product on a subscription because we use it all the time. This particular time they arrived damaged. One bag had a tear in the packaging and made a mess all over. I do not want to use the bag in case it was tampered with and I cannot return so I am out the money on damaged merchandise :(
