What is the best ways to heat this up please??

I usually just heat it up in a saucepan or when I want to heat up a small amount to use as a dip I put it the microwave. It heats very quickly - usually about 30 seconds.

Is this product suitable for vegetarians

Do i need to cook it before i using?

You can put it straight from the container into your stir fry but it will need to be cooked through to warm it up and flavour your food
