Quite small. Tight on fingers. I got l/xl.

Bought a 2nd pair. Below 1st pair review.Excellent quality well made. Nice material and design. Good stretch in material but some makes stretch better. Bought large/extra large my hand circumference is 22/23 cm (NOT BIG) They fit but a bit tight on fingers on Right hand. They did stretch out nicely to fit with a bit of stretching. Seems to be a common problem I've had other makes that nip the fingers a bit. Stretching them a bit also tested the quality which is good. Well padded for this type. The wrist wrap strap is nothing more than medical bandage thickness and wraps a few times round. Velcro is well sown as is glove. My hand size fits snugly in a 10oz boxing glove wearing these. Inner gloves with more padding would not. I use more padded more complex inner gloves on my 12oz gloves. Overall good quality but be aware of hand sizing.

Good wraps they are comfy and easy to use.

Better learning how to use wraps, OK for someone just starting out though

These are definitely not medium. Size up

My 10 year old son uses these inside his 10oz gloves for kickboxing at a national level. He prefers these to traditional wraps as they are easier for him to put on and off on his own, and are much quicker to do so. The knuckles are well padded without being overly bulky. I have given only 4 stars because:a) The wrist wraps are quite short and so aren't really as effective as they could be if needed for wrist support.b) the fastening section for the wrist wrap is the large logo square piece. This is relatively inflexible, so you can't always tighten to the extent that you want as this needs to be on top of the wrist. You can't really tighten to a stage where this piece would need to be on the side.Note the finger holes are quite small around the fingers, I originally got the smaller size for my lad and after a while of using them his fingers would get uncomfortable.This size however fits him well, and he has quite small hands. He now uses the smaller pair for bag work.

Used a few times so far Holding up well . Comfortable to wear under the boxing gloves and saves time on using wraps.

Well made product, however the finger stitchings are very small and tight. Overcame this by cutting the fingers open and much more comfortable for daughter now. These are also very well padded.
