I've used it for a few projects so far - only spray painting, though, no caulking or brush painting, but so far it's decent tape that has worked well. No bleeding, and it's peeled away from everything I put it on. Overall, I'm pleased - I've definitely purchased worse tape! I would purchase this again, especially at the price, it's a good deal.

Overall, this appears to be pretty standard masking tape. However, it is very, very thin. If you put your hand behind it, you can virtually see through it. As a result, I will use this for light duty masking, but personally I will not use it for situations where I have to leave the tape on for a decent amount of time, because I would be concerned about it not coming off well. I do have a big project coming up, and I may use it along the baseboards along the tile, since it would be easy to scrape off if it does not come off well, but I will not do so on the paint. I could be wrong about this, so take it with a grain of salt. But overall, as regular masking tape for light duty, it is fine, and a pretty decent value. And a good thing being 2" wide, which gives you a bit more protection than thinner tapes.

Masking tape is one of those tools that design students can't live without, and I generally use it to hold or mask the edges of my drawing paper so that the edges of the drawing remain clean and straight. It is also used as a spray masking tape, which is great when you have some assignments that need to be sprayed. I would prefer it to be available in other sizes though.

I've learned that not all painters tape is made equally, and you need different ones for different situations.The HRJZF 2 inch Wide Painting Tape is a bit on the thin side and has very low tack (stickiness). This makes it suitable for masing off delicate surfaces that might otherwise be pulled off with some of the more aggressive tack painter's tape.If you are taping off a smooth surface (stone, maybe gloss trim) and or plan on doing multiple coats with heavy brushing I'm not sure this is the right product. But for delicate finish on surfaces that might peal (wallpaper) this will work.

And it does masking tape things...We use it to label/date food prep at the restaurant, and it works great for that.The added thickness lets us write nice and clearly.It is a little bit on the thin side, so you can see through it on particular substrates, but that's not a big deal to us, and we've never had any market bleed through or anything like that.Decent value on these and so I'd recommend!

This is a medium to light weight masking tape. I use it in art work and it performs very well. So far it’s been easy to remove and doesn’t bleed under the tape. It is in hiding now since the kids found it. They really can go through tape. 😵‍💫😳😂

Needed to tape a cord down but didn't have any gaffer's tape and didn't want to deal with the gunk left behind by duct tape. This worked well. Sturdy, but comes up easy. Haven't tried painting with it yet. Will update when I do.

It’s tape lol it does its job and is very lightweight so it doesn’t feel like it will rip paint off a wall if you use it for painting. I used it for something else and it did its job. Will try using it for painting when we paint our house.
