I use a bag of these every couple of weeks. love them! but i have already ordered the limit of 4. when can i order more? want them to arrive b4 summer

You can order from other sellers. Amazon limits their orders but the other sellers not. The last day for order chocolates is April 15th.

Do these melt really well? I need bittersweet chocolate for a cheesecake and the chips are much cheaper than the bar.

These chips melt very quickly and smoothly in a Bain Marie. I prefer using them to the bars and, I agree, the chips are less expensive. Happy baking!

How are this packaged when it is hot out to prevent melting?

The bag came in plastic which was sealed to a piece of cardboard and that was in a box. There was no insulation. A lot of the chips had melted together. I was surprised to read the other comments that there was an ice pack with it. The one I received did not have an ice pack
