Not comfortable and hard to put together
This was terrible to put together. It took hours. We finally got it together and sat on the couch and it is ROCK hard. Pulled out the bed and it is terribly uncomfortable! I will be reaching out to the company for a return or refund. I will update when I get a response.

Hard as a rock
I had high hopes for this loveseat. Our front room is tight and I wanted the ability to make this into a small bed to take naps on or to recline on at times. Unfortunately, the sofa itself is REALLY hard. So hard that I wish I could return it. Also, when the ottomans are brought out, they do not make a solid bed. There is about a one inch gap between them. Not a deal breaker, but certainly not as pictured. I will move this into another room that doesn't get much use and add a memory foam topper if anyone has the displeasure of having to sleep on this thing. Would have given one star, but it did arrive early and it went together well. Fabric and color were as expected and pictured. Think twice before purchasing, unless it's just for occasional sitting in a spare room.
