These were the best compression shorts available in my opinion - I would love the opportunity to purchase these again. :) Please make these available to the public once again - they were superior in fit, longevity and quality. A+ quality compression undergarment :)

Noticed from the product picture that the short is constructed differently from the pants that are also in the selection for this item, with the short having several unique shaped panels shaped around the body and legs which usually means the garment will have a very nice fit, being specially sculptured to fit the body. That is what I found on receipt of the short. It fits very nicely and feels to be very high quality. The only reason I did not rate 5 star is because the waist is very high, fitting above the naval which make is likely uncomfortable to wear as an under-short under jeans. I guess it will best be used for wearing by itself around the house or for sleeping, or maybe under a "tight" or a sweat-pant. Being solid black, I guess you could get away with wearing it anywhere you would want to wear a compression short that does tend to display your shape due to the snug fit.It does feel very nice, the material is fairly thick for a compression type short and has a nice smooth crisp feel. It feels very nice when wearing. The legs are not so tight that they pull the short down when moving around, but are snug enough to still fit and feel like a compression short.It is probably most like a high quality under-armour nylon compression short but the fit and support for "your package" is actually very much better with this short than the UA. This is not nylon, it is 86% polyester and 14% spandex but if it were not labeled, I would guess the quality material is nylon/spandex. Some of the panels are a slightly different mix, 92 poly and 8 spandex which I imagine is done to engineer the superior fit.Due to not being able to use it as underwear under jeans, I am not likely to order more, but will enjoy using this when I am able to wear it by itself and with just a T-shirt. It would also make a nice "jammer" style swim or sport short.
