I've been cooking with chiles for a long time ... All kinds. This is supposed to be 1000 to 2000 scoville..."milder" but actually the one I received was very spicy...this is much closer to Chipotle (2500-30000 scoville) or maybe hot hatch. Pepper vary naturally based on growing conditions id esrumatnthis package at 10,000 scoville. Overall it was good powder just hotter in the dish than most in the fam. could eat. I love spicy but my family does not like high heat. Use about half of.wjat the recipe says and then add more at the end would be my suggestion.

The flavor is good, but the texture isn’t as fine as expected. It had tiny grains.

This is a great spice blend. It is not very spicy (hot), so I get to add the heat myself. The QR code does NOT go to recipes as it says, but to an online store. Even one simple receipt would be nice. I found lots on the internet, though.
