Bought as a gift for my dad, he loves it!

I found the locking mech a bit fiddly to start with but after a few rides I became more adept at fixing and removing the phone holder. It seems to hold the phone very securely with its 2 stage locking mechanism. Down side, it does get a little rattly on uneven road surfaces.

Fits the bike well

The case is very good, protects the sides and back of the phone really well. it finishes at the same level as the screen protector, so when i dropped my phone, the only damage done was to the screen protector. The case makes my phone feel slim and neatly fits into my pocket.The bike mount is simply fitted to the handlebars of the bike and holds my phone safe. Its easy to get on with and works really well. My only criticism is that the mechanism (based on magnets) means that I can't wirelessly charge my iPhone X while its in the case. otherwise a great product!

The Tigra fitclic neo system is a good one, but this "repackaged" item did not contain the nylon gear mechanism that tightens the bike mount to the handlebar. Useless without it. Since spring just arrived and I'm preparing the bike I just discovered the problem. Too late for return. Sad.****4/17/19 Update. I contacted Tigra about the missing part and responded right away. They sent the replacement part Air Express. Great customer service. I still feel that the locking/mount system is the best there is and I'm glad to have it now in my car and on my bike.

I ordered a new Tigra Bike Kit. It was my 4th Tigra bike kit because I now have my 4th iPhone. I've love the previous version, but the new one is so much easier to attach and remove from the mount. When I placed the order on Amazon, I picked the wrong case and when I received it my phone didn't fit. I called Amazon and within 10 minutes I got a call from Tigra. They asked me what phone I had and when I told them, they said I ordered the wrong case. The person I spoke with said "no problem." I'll just send you the right case and when you get it, you can just send the other one back to us. Now this is awesome Customer Service! I made the mistake, not them. But they took care of it because Customer Satisfaction is very important. If you're a biker and like to have your phone with you when you ride, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIGRA!

I had purchased a Tigra case and bicycle mount for my iPhone 6 and had been very pleased - multiple crashes and weather incidents with no damage to phone.With my new iPhone X, I returned to Tigra and purchased the new Neofit case and bicycle mount.I love the magnet that properly positions the phone case on the mount.However, after clicking the orange lever to attach the case and further engaging the sliding lock, I was disappointed to note that the phone could be wiggled back and forth about 10 degrees and would stray from vertical to about 5 degrees off during my ride.I expected the case to be more positively engaged to the mount, especially with the sliding lock.With this wiggling, I am not confident that mount will be sturdy enough or durable enough to protect my phone, and I will likely look for another option.Wiggling mount aside, I would like to praise the improved approach to the case.Instead of the previous design in which the mount clip would snap on the back of the phone (almost but not quite emulating an everyday phone case) to then be inserted into a protective shell, the new design is actually a case that you could keep on the phone permanently, avoiding the swapping of cases before every ride.This said, the case is still somewhat slippery and could be improved with some rubberized inlay like many phone cases currently employ to improve grip.And ultimately, the case's integral mount clip foils any ability to charge the phone wirelessly so you'd be back to a charging cable if you chose the Tigra case as your everyday phone protection.In the end, these case details are all nice-to-haves, and I can live without them.But one of the fundamental points of a protective bicycle phone mount - secure and rigid attachment to the bicycle - seems to have been compromised in this new design.
