UPDATE. Even after my return window closed, I was able to return the bag for a new one at no charge to me. I, and my recipient, are very thankful that was given as an offer.While it is a beautiful piece, I'm very upset. Bought this for a very dear teacher friend who saw it and had to have it. I surprised her with it and she was beyond ecstatic. I was going to wait to give it to her for her birthday, but that's not til Sept, so I wanted her to get some use out of it before the school year ended. We were leaving on a road trip on 5-25-24 and I asked her if she brought it. She was very sad when she responded and said no, it broke on both ends. She's barely had it for 3 weeks and both ends of the strap have already broke. I'm embarrassed as I take a lot of time and thought into gifts I buy for people, only to find 3 weeks later, the item she wanted so badly, is already broken. She used/wore it proudly and received so many compliments on it and now it's unusable. Of course, the return window closed 2 weeks prior to me finding out.
