I absolutely love this hot chocolate mix! I start every day out with this expensive, imported hot cocoa as a daily indulgence, mixed into my morning espresso! I tried every domestic sugar-free option -- everything tasted cheap, had junk fillers, had strange after tastes, or used stevia as a sweetener, which I can’t stand the aftertaste of… then I found this one. I love how rich it tastes, how concentrated the powder is, and that it uses Sucralose/Ace-K as the sweeteners – making it sweet, but low-calorie / sugar-free, without a bad aftertaste. This is a nice little touch of luxury to my morning. TIP: I did purchase a handheld frother, and it makes mixing this (and all other power drink additives) so much easier! Buying experience: I’ve had this on “subscribe and save” for over a year. I have ordered a few extras in between, as I have experienced out-of-stock shipping disruptions. I reached out to the manufacturer when the items went out of stock, and they were very informative and responsive – love purchasing from a brand who is accessible and responsive to the customers. Additionally, I prefer the bulk 1kg / 2.2 lb bag, but have had the most out of stock issues with that option – additionally, depending on how Amazon ships it with other items, the pouch sometimes gets ripped and you get of chocolate power mess over everything in your box. The smaller tubes ship much better. So… as someone who consumes this Every.Single.Day – I rate this 10 stars! Nothing comparable, so I hope this product always remains available for sale!

If I could give this stuff six stars, I would. Keeping in mind that this is low calorie/low carb hot chocolate, it still tastes almost as good as the "regular" stuff. It's a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth the cost. I have a mug of this every night as a treat. Be aware that it does not dissolve easily. I put a heaping teaspoon into my mug, add about a half-inch of boiling water, use my little frother to blend it all together, then add milk and microwave for 2 minutes to heat it up. It will leave small clumps if you mix it with a spoon. Pros: Delicious and low carb. Silky smooth and rich. Cons: Does not mix well with a spoon. It doesn't smell super great before you add milk, but smells great once you add the milk (no idea why). It is NOT good for cold chocolate milk. Overall: I love this stuff and it is an amazing treat if you're on a keto diet.

This hot chocolate is dark and delicious. I prefer using plant-based milk instead of water.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews! I'm drinking some right now and I think it's pretty great. I've been doing low carb off and on (mostly on) for over ten years and I'm a bit of a food snob. I hate making my own hot cocoa, but I like having a hot drink to satisfy sweet cravings. I think this product and I can be good friends! I count net carbs, so since there's 1g fiber there's 1 net carb per teaspoon, which is pretty great for a low carb drink mix. When I made my cocoa tonight I heated the water to almost boiling and incorporated a small amount with the cocoa before adding the rest of my water. No issues with it mixing, no clumps, dissolved wonderfully. Then I added about two tablespoons of heavy cream. I liked the flavor without cream, but I needed the fat boost. I added a little stevia before drinking but I regret it now, it was fine without it. Also, 200ml is only about 7oz and your average coffee cup is about 12-16 oz, so that may be where others are losing flavor. 200 ml would be more like a teacup. But since it's so low calorie and carb, just add another heaping teaspoon and a little more water to your mug maybe if you're wanting more volume to drink :) I wish the price were lower, but I would consider buying it again.

I never feel bad afterward—no sugar rush or crash, and it doesn't upset my stomache like some other brands have in the past. There's no weird aftertaste either, which is a big plus. It's also super easy to make; whether I'm using hot water or milk, it dissolves quickly and smoothly without any clumps. Another wonderful thing is that my wife loves it too. We've made it kind of an evening ritual to share a cup together while we unwind and talk about our day. It's become a small but meaningful part of our routine that we both look forward to. The fact that it's something we can enjoy together makes it even more special.

It’s a good product in itself, but I think it really needs a better sealing container. It started tasting stale about 2-3 weeks after opening, which is surprisingly fast compared to other hot chocolate/flavored coffee/etc drink mixes I’ve had, which last at *least* a whole month, usually a bit more, before I notice it tastes even a little bit off. To be fair, I’m extra sensitive to stale flavors in foods, so other people might not notice it, but it was disappointing nonetheless and I will probably not be getting this again. That said, it is worth noting that this stuff DOES blend in cold liquid, which most other hot chocolate mixes do not, so if you’re looking for a hot-or-cold chocolate mix, this could be a good option for you.

Absolutely brilliant. Best taste ever and unlike other low sugar hot chocs, this actually IS and very suitable for diabetics, low calorie and other low sugar diets. never found anything like it before and the taste is incredible. highly recommended.
