Phone broke on FIRST DROP
I loved the design and feel of the case, but the first time I dropped my phone, the back of it completely shattered.

Disappointed
The MagSafe is not nearly as strong as I’d hoped it would be. You can’t use the apple MagSafe battery pack with this case. It also causes the phone to heat up pretty quickly when charging. The carbon is very appealing but the overall design is not so great.

Solid protection, but could be better
First impression is great. The case comes in a nice looking box, there was some care given to the presentation. The carbon fiber material is probably the best I've seen, I prefer the way it looks to the aramid cases I've seen, and it has a nice smooth texture. The interior has a padded felt lining to provide some cushion and scratch protection. The case feels like it will stand up to some wear and tear and will protect from normal drops. As far as what I don't like -- the first is subjective, but I would have liked it to be a bit less bulky around the sides. It makes the phone feel significantly larger, compared to something like Apple's Finewoven case, the size difference is noticeable. It's not overly bulky but I just personally prefer a slimmer case even if it offers less drop protection. My only other gripe is that it doesn't have floating buttons, preferably metal ones. I feel at this price range, floating buttons should be expected. The button covers are molded into the rubber sides and make pressing the buttons feel mushy and less tactile. They're not hard to press and on a cheaper case I would look past this but this is on the more expensive side for a case so I think this is a valid complaint.Overall, I think it's a fair case for the price and one that I'm likely to use when I feel that some added protection is necessary. It looks killer, that's for sure.
