I really like this mix because it has great, natural, quality ingredients, and does not have a lot of sugar or salt. When I just want something to enhance my water for the day I like to add this to my water bottle for some extra hydration benefits.

This is a nice electrolyte drink alternative compared to sports drinks on the market. I like that I can read and understand the ingredients and that it isn’t full of ridiculous ingredients like artificial dyes. We live in the south, so summers are brutal. My husband takes this on his golf outings to prevent dehydration and mineral loss from sweating. He likes the taste and it’s easy to mix into water or even a fruit punch or lemon aid type drink. I personally am not the biggest Stevia fan, as the ingredient is very strong in taste in anything I’ve consumed with it, but it’s fairly balanced in this drink thanks to the citrus.

I find myself to be dehydrated quite often as I get caught up with everyday tasks, work, etc. This has been a great supplement for hydration and it's a clean mix of ingredients. It's not overly sweet and the taste is palatable. Also a great mix for dehydration from hangovers.

The flavor is doable but I wasn’t a huge fan of the ingredients. Not enough electrolytes at all which is probably why the flavor was pretty mild. Don’t notice any really differences from using it either.

I loved the idea of a healthier hydration drink for my teens summer sports but they hated the taste!

This hydration drink is ok. Both the flavor and taste are quite mild. To kick it up a notch, I put the powder in the smoothie to make it more palatable. That way, I can get more nutrients and electrolytes.

I was so excited to find a hydration powder that is clean, delicious, and doesn’t have all that single serving wasteful packaging. The flavor did not disappoint, it’s a subtle lemon with a hint of pomegranate. I highly recommend!
