I bought this as a gift and it was broken. The box it came in was smushed, broken, etc. it looked like it had gone through WWII. The product inside was not much better then the box, the holes at the bottom where the water is supposed to dispense did not work, the stick part to hold it was about 3 feet tall. So even if the product did work you’d have to bend over to hold it. Overall horrible. Do not purchase this item.

Great but I agree with the review that said the box came out torn like who does that type of packaging???? And I also agree with the review that said no instructions were there. You had no idea how hard it was for me to get this mop together! But for me I am still happy with the purchase because it does do what it says it spins and is great but these are the reasons why I gave it a 4 star.

When I receive this product there were no instructions and only 2 mop heads. The package It came in was torn, the box was shredded and nothing was in any type of packaging inside! I put it together and tried to use it, the bucket spins around but the mop doesn't advise everyone not to buy this product

You spin out the extra water without touching the mop head. It removes enough water that the mop is great for hardwood floors too.
