The tea is in a metal tin with a spoon, and it is of a good amount. It does not give as much flavor as other teas I have but depends on your taste and the strength you like. The taste is ok, but I am more favorable to fruit flavor and stronger teas.

3 stars of 5; would not purchase againThere's nothing wrong with this tea: it makes a decent cup, with a mild jasmine aroma. However, it's over four times more expensive than the equally-adequate jasmines one can find at any Asian market (the same brands are available on Amazon for a third the price, rather than a quarter).On the plus side, the jasmine scent is strong without being "floral". On the negative side, it's a very mild effect. Similarly, the green tea itself is uninspiring. And that would all be fine, if it weren't so expensive.

First of all I like the taste of this Purple Jasmine tea. I find that the flavor of tea comes out more when it is in loose leaf form. I'm happy that the 12.7oz bag is backyard compostable. I've been using this product every morning for about 2 or 3 years now. I definitely recommend it!

Delicious

I absolutely love this tea. The flavor is nice and subtle for my taste and the tea itself wonderfully light.The marketing aspect of this company is great as well. I love the picture, name, and information of the worker left on the side of each can.To put the icing on the jasmine flavored cake, The "paper" that is used to wrap around the can is actually authentic Kenyan fabric and each tea container comes with an authentic Kenyan, hand crafted "teaspoon".So many personal touches to this product that it gives a sense of connection to the beautiful country of Kenya capping off an impeccable tea sipping experience.

I think this was my 3rd purchase. This time I bought the loose leaf again. I also bought tea bags once. Both are good. I like the slight floral taste,

I have only issued a 1 star rating once in my Amazon experience over the years and this is my second one for a product that doesn’t function as described. Tea had a strong, bitter flavor, was not red colored once brewed I and could not return for a refund.

Jasmine tea is th best

Tea tasted ok. Bought it as a gift and one of the tins was badly damaged, so I couldn't give it as a gift. String had a tendency to tear off the teabag. Teabag would leak out all the tea leaves. If they can find a way to make it so that the glued string wouldn't tear off the tea bag would be good. Didn't like the see through lid.

The taste is good, but just my own personal taste, I like the fragrance stronger.
