Have only used for a couple of days but so far so good. Came well packaged.

Was a bit worried when the cyan cartridge had toner smeared on one side, but it works fine.

Bought this for our office and so far so good!

Not as pictured, they came in plain white boxes, clients like colorful boxes when buying compatible toners, containers have less powder in them than the OEM ones, so less pages expected from these toners.Will be buying other compatible brands in better looking boxes.

bad black ink cartridge with less ink than the colored cartridges
not happy at all with only being able to print 200 copies of black and discovering that i am out of ink. never have i ever gotten something like this from a cartridge purchased. very disappointed
