Arrived damaged. Company stood behind their product.
Update. The seller has been great in correcting the problem by shipping a replacement docking station overnight. I appreciate the seller making things right.The initial dock arrived with a severed power cord. I requested a replacement and several Days later that apparently was lost in the delivery system. I have not been able to receive the docking station yet, but the payment has not been refunded either. Just want the docking station in operable condition.

Did not work
I did not realize this was a renewed product. Anyway it didn't work so I returned it. Instead I bought a new one from another brand (Plu..........).

Good Dock, Wrong Cable.
This Dock works great you just need to make sure you have a real thunderbolt cable and not a standard USB-C Cable. Thunderbolt Cables are $30 so this isn't a good deal.
