This kettle is amazing. It really heats water quietly thanks to the recommended button. It heats water quickly and works as it should. Anyone who likes matcha or green teas and similar this kettle is for you. I recommend

Lasted 8 months. Did the same as the previous one. Just stopped working though power everywhere.
Useless. Lasted 8 months. Stopped working. 3rd time it has happened with this one but this time after leaving it unplugged for a day it wouldn't work. 2nd one of these and exactly the same issue

The most versatile, quality kettle.
Fantastic kettle, removeable tea infuser.You can use loose leaf tea and tea bags or coffee grounds.Follow instruction leaflet, Cleaning any tea/coffee stain works best with vinegar and water mix.I had an issue i needed help with, contacted the seller/manufacturer and they responded very quickly and resolved my issue.Fantastic customer service.

If you don't mind no filter at the spout, the 20% discount and other redeeming features makes it definitely worth considering.

Once you're boiled the water you can reheat to your desired temperature and you never have to wait for boiling water to cool.Also great for making loose leaf tea for your guests and family, if you are a tea lover 😉

Low quality product.
I don’t recommend this as it started to fall apart 3 months after we purchased it. It is not worth it for sure.

useless , be warned
The media could not be loaded. The kettle is useful only to boil the water to 100C,but completely useless for anything else.The water temperature is detected with so much delaythat it always boils it first to (100C) regardless of the settings.Here is how I tried to warm water to 58 C.I set 58 degrees (warm) and started the kettle.after the thermostat detected approx 50 C it turned down power.but as the water was already boiled (100C) the temperature detectedwas still rising until it reached 80 C.Even simple standard boiling to 100C is not efficient.the thermostat detects its boiling and reached 100Cso late that its already boiling and boiling for perhaps 1 minutebefore it detects the fact , stop power and beeps.Useless kettle,i am very disappointed.
