This cup was ordered as a thank you gift to be given in a basket with honey and assorted types of tea. The definitions make it special and the personalization makes it perfect.Cost, quality and shipping time is very good. I did contact seller to see if expedited shipping was an option. It was not but they did advise they ship within two days, and I received the mug a week after placing the order. I provide this to give you an idea on timing. I recommend and would purchase again
