Excellent product and excellent customer support
I have been using the adjustable 50 pound core fitness dumbbells for about 8 years now and never had issue with them, other than they are limited in weight to only 50 pounds. I got the 80 pound adjustable nuobells as an upgrade, and boy are they awesome. When I first opened the box one of the dumbbell cradles had a cracked plastic part that made it more difficult to rerack the weight. However, after emailing customer support, they sent out a replacement cradle to me that same day and at no charge, and it arrived after about a week. I won't dock a star for the item being slightly damaged out of the box because sometimes it happens. Now onto the dumbbells... Pros- The cast iron plates just look and feel awesome. No issues with the plates feeling insecure and the plates themselves are very durable. I love the handles! The steel grip with the knurling feels like an actual gym dumbbell. The 80 pound max weight is such a game changer for me. While 80 isn't quite enough for some exercises (chest press, db rows, shrugs), it is still enough to get in the work I need. Huge space saver and much more economical than getting 16 different pairs of dumbbells. Cons- Some connector parts of the dumbbell are plastic and only time will tell how they hold up. You can't just drop these. Although it seems fairly durable, you will most certainly break the plastic connectors if you are carelessly throwing them around. Not that I would drop them anyways, but you just have to treat them with respect. If you want dumbbells you can abuse and drop, then you need solid cast iron or rubber coated ones. This product is an absolute must have for any home gym. The price point is very high, but this is absolutely worth it. Edit: I have been using these for over a year now and they have held up flawlessly. I frequently use the full 80 pound weight and the plastic connector pieces are showing no signs of wear. Just treat them with respect and as long as you arent dropping them or aggressively reracking them, they will hold up fine. These are the best investment I have ever made in my home gym, they are worth the price!

The beat adjustable dumbbells on the market
These dumbbells are the perfect addition to my basement gym. Super easy to use and set up. For half the cost of normal dumbbells that go from 5 - 80 pounds. Not to mention they take up little to no room at all. The only thing you need to be careful of is dropping them. A small price to pay for such high quality adjustable dumbbells.

First off the shipping process was incredibly fast and efficient. I placed my order and in no time at all, my dumbbells arrived at my doorstep. Not only was the shipping fast, but the packaging was excellent as well. The dumbbells arrived in perfect condition, with no signs of damage or wear. These adjustable dumbbells are an absolute game-changer. The ease of adjusting the weight is sweet allowing me to switch between different exercises. Best out there for fast change and feel form factor dumbbells, and price/dropping you can sacrifice
1 week update. Everything came in undamaged. There was 1 day separation between packages so I was scared for a second about the reviews that said only 1 dumbbell come. But they came immaculate, it is the real deal Nuobells and not knockoffs. They are honestly the smoothest switching dumbbells on the market. I have been babying them mostly because I'm paranoid about ever breaking them, however they feel like a dream when in use. I also purchased the MicroGainz 1.25lb adjuster magnet plates that fit in the grooves of each Nuobell perfectly. Having 5-82.5lb of dumbells in 2.5lb increments is amazing. Went straight to buying the stand as well. Having a whole gym's worth of weight in a compact form really elevates the gym.

Great product, but no warranty from manufacturer (NUO) if bought here.
These things are great, BUT.... warranty support ... kind of a mess. I'm not a "weight dropper" type / idiot. But eventually it seems these handles will break and fail to dial up the desired weight. Then what to do, but reach out to the manufacturer for warranty, right? That's what I thought. If you buy through a reseller (in this case finer form) NUO will refuse to support it and push you back to the reseller. The long story is many of their support folks basically called me stupid for reaching out to them... the word was "common sense" to not contact NUO ... for a NUO product... a really odd policy. To me there's return support 30 days ... what not, and then manufacturer's warranty ... from the ... manufacturer... cuz it's in the name ... "manufacturer's" warranty .... If the amazon orders link to the vendor (finer form) was open, that would be okay I guess. It was not and I'm less than 1 year. So eventually I got was able to find Finer Form on their website and get them to respond and they are going to make it right. But what a mess. Harder than it should have been.

14 month review
After 14 months of almost daily use I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about this product. The price was steep coming in at just over $800 shipping (NOV 22) included to Hawaii but just the shear convenience of having 160lbs of dumbbells in my dinning room that takes up no more than a 3’x3’ space is worth the cost. I was worried about the plastic parts that everyone was talking about that might break off and leave your dumbbells inoperable and upon first inspection of the dumbbells I was too but after continuous use I found it was nothing to worry about (also Nuobell sells parts if your break). If your a weight slammer and like to throw your weights back in the rack then you have a lot to worry about but if you take care of your equipment then this problem will go unnoticed. I recommend getting a rack like the one in the picture. This makes it easier to maneuver the dumbbells in and out of the holster. This rack seemed to me at first to be unstable because of just the one bar coming up from the base and it is a little wobbly but again after 14 months of use I have to issues with it. The weight change is still almost effortless and glides through the 5-80lb seamlessly with zero maintenance. There is a little slop in the weights a little rattle when using the dumbbells under 25lb but goes away when you use heavier weight. The only problem I’ve come across now that I think about it was the kind of sharp edge digging into my forearm when doing over head Tricep extension. I just adjust my form and problem diverted. Not much else to say about these. They are sturdy, convenient and most of all reliable. My only major gripe is that I out grew these dumbbells hella fast because of the convenience of having them in literally arms reach rather than having to motivate myself to drive to the gym but I’d say that’s a good thing lol. Have recommended them to many and I recommend them to you as well.

A no brainer.
I've been on the fence for ages about getting an adjustable dumbbells set. Main reason, I wanted it to look and feel like an actual dumbell. No blocks and funny colors. This is indeed the best adjustable dumbbells to date. They feel and look like a dumbell. Neither my body or my mind have to be retrained to accept it as a dumbell. Changing the weight is easy and the click is very audible and you feel it clearly in your hands. The handle has a good gnarling. There's no major rattling of the weights at lighter weights and definitely none at heavier weights. The cradle is well made despite being made of aluminum and plastic and it doesn't feel cheap. It can't be stated enough the advantage of having 5lbs change in weight compared to other brands with 10lbs. Time will tell about durability but for now I'm very happy with the equivalent of a set of dumbbells that would cost easily twice as much and with a gigantic footprint vs just the space of two dumbbells. This is a no brainer.

HUGE P.O.S Dumbells
SECOND EDIT: they replaced both handles and these terrible plastic pieces broke within a few weeks. I guess I learned a $900 lesson for everyone else. DO NOT BUY THESE DUMBELLS or anything else from this company. EDIT: Dumbells are now WORTHLESS. The selector doesn’t work at all, plates fall off while using, it so hard to turn at lower weights. They are $900 paper weights. Dont waste your money. The handle is nice and the dumbbell itself isn’t to big like some other brands. However, I have had these less than 2 months and spin weight selector is very difficult to move. Actually, most people would find it impossible to spin it’s so hard. Also, the half plate on the inside part of the dumbbell has fell off randomly since I have had them. You will move the dumbbell and a 5lb plate will randomly just fall off They are hard to put back in their rack. It doesn’t just go right in like 90% or other brands. They have to be placed perfectly or they won’t go at all. Save your money and buy another set for much cheaper.
