Has good stick and stays on all night. Has good stretch to it. It covers more of my mouth than I like. - I do want to be able to breath some through my mouth if I really need to. So I either cut the ends off so the sides of my mouth are not completely covered or sometimes I use 2 and put them on in an X. Doing the x makes it more flexible and also more secure in cases where i have thick stubble need the extra stick but it does go through them faster. Sometimes leaves a tiny bit of residue but it washes off easy enough.

I will say after searching for the right kind of mouth tape after my dentist suggesting I use it I found this one. I love it and it’s easy to place and take the back off once you get the hang of it. My only issue was I was placing it completely over my lips and on the third morning it ripped my skin, just kinda tuck your lips in and then tape and the tape will expand once you let your lips loose!

Really sticky and hard to remove. I lost some mustache and lip skin to this one... Ouch! For what it's worth, it does keep your mouth sealed shut although I had air sneaking out the sides of my large mouth... Don't think I'll be using these... kinda inhumane... torcher... after removing my first, well, I can't do that to myself again... I can't!

i suffer from teeth grinding and tmj, which really affects me when i’m trying to sleep at night. taping my mouth really helps keep my jaw and mouth in the correct position to not have any discomfort in the mornings. this tape is really comfortable and i love that it has a small hole in the middle so you can breathe through your mouth a bit. it definitely helps me not feel claustrophobic. it’s sticky enough to where it stays on all night, but it doesn’t hurt when i take it off in the mornings

First off - if you have lips that are thicker than a piece of spaghetti, these are TOO small. 2nd of all, ALL women (well, I’m going out a limb here and probably should say MOST) wear moisturizer on their skin at night. So, a tiny piece of adhesive JUST BARELY covering the lips and the tiny part on the actual skin - with moisturizer - gives the tape hardly any purchase - maybe 1/8 inch. Are you kidding??? Mine always comes off within a few minutes. WHY not make it bigger so it can stick all night? I think it might work, if that were the case.

These work so well! Easy to put on and take off. The stick does not irritate my skin and the hole in the middle is big enough to use a straw if you need.

They do stick really well, the size is a little on the small side. Covers mouth but could be larger!

Love love this mouth tape for sleep- it works so well. It sticks throughout the night, and doesn’t budge once its on. I love that it’s helping me readjust my breathing habits. I got this four days ago and I’m already breathing more through my nose during the day and feeling 100x better for it! It doesn’t hurt too bad to take off, and it doesn’t take the moisture out of my lips like I was expecting it to.If you’re a chronic mouth-wide-open-sleeper like I was, I would definitely recommend this stuff. 💪

They’re really good! I don’t drool on my pillow or wake with dry mouth anymore! Comes off pretty easy in the morning. Sometimes I yawn and realize I can’t open my mouth, but it didn’t scare me as much as I thought it would. I’ll keep using.

This tape sticks well, almost too well. I find after about a week I need to take a break from use for a day or two because my mouth gets raw from pulling it off in the morning.

So after a couple days for sleeping with it on the right way I ended up with very sensitive lips.Now about what it should do.The mouth tape did not help with mouth breathing nor did it help snoring.Might work for some but not for me.

I have tried several brands of mouth tape. Some are not flexible and therefore come off during the night. Others are a bit more flexible but the adhesive is not sticky enough. This one is ideal. I have used mouth tape for about a year with great results. I was a boxer and assumed that I wouldn't be able to breathe through my nose but after a tough week or so it's been perfectly fine. I can say that this brand is the best I have tried. I immediately tried to order more but it's sold out right now. Not surprising. I guess some people might find the glue sticks a bit much and can irritate your skin when you tear it off but I think if those people go slowly it should be fine. It's more important that it doesn't come off during the night.
