Blocking glasses are great. Improve my sleeping pattern immediately. The product is very high quality does feel expensive come together with really nice glasses box and polishing cloth. I have been using that for last 7 days - 2 hours before bedtime and helps me fall at sleep almost instantly.

I have been getting headaches and migraines from my computer screen for quite a few years. Had my eyes and glasses prescription thoroughly checked, but they found nothing wrong with either. These glasses allow me to stay on the computer for much longer without getting a headache. I'll still get one if I stay on too long, but at least I can use my PC for a reasonable length of time now. The only problem is when I'm buying something online where the colour is important (like clothes or fabric), I have to take them off, but they're great for everything else. And they fit over my prescription glasses too.

I feel they are doing what they claim but it’s harder to read text with them on I can read easily without them but in terms of reducing the blue light they really do work well

I am delighted so far. I have worn them the last two nights over my reading glasses and slept better than I expected. I received an email giving me tips which was very useful. Would recommend these glasses to anyone.

Title says it all - I had a pair of Uvex which look like you are on the safety line at an industrial plant. These ones, you could wear them to the pub and not look odd. And they work great.

I am wearing them now as I write this , I was a bit dubious about them but after wearing them this past week I have been sleeping better than I was. I have been suffering from insomnia and now I have been wearing them every night , so far so good .

Good quality, good at blocking blue light, but reflective inside on the sides if there's any light at all coming from sides/behind.

So far so good. They seem to help. The glass seems cheap though. I am concerned about durability.

My son wanted a pair of blue light blocking glasses while doing school work from. I thought it was a good idea for me too! Realizing that maybe some of my sleeping issues could be from that. These are my third pair via my third step from the cheap ones to these. I’ve done the blue light tests with these, and I would agree that these glasses block 99%+ of blue light, and it’s obvious when you do the tests. My other beef is that the other glasses were cheaply made and small. These are a nice size on my large head and I like the quality! The frames have springs and can over flex like glasses should. I like the size of the lenses and the field of view is appropriate. The frames fit me nicely. The nose is a one piece design and are as comfy as my big name shades. The lens color does seem to brighten and enhance your surroundings. I have owned similar colored lens previously that I liked and these are as nice to look through. I don’t feel these are super reflective. My cheapest pair reflect your pupils as you look through them and were highly distracting. These are not. Those are my day one, hands on, out of the box notes. I’ll edit to add input on affects associated to sleeping as soon as I can.
