This product has been reliable and when I ordered the keyboard, the shift key broke less than a year of using it. The company has been very helpful in ordering me a new one for free because of the 1 year warranty. The package was lost the first time and they sent me another one. They have been very fast at responding and caring for their costumers.

I first ordered this product 10 months ago and it worked really well. Unfortunately a few of the keys stopped working. Since there’s a 1 year warranty I reached out to the company. They gave me a few options to troubleshoot, but the keys were not working properly.This is my replacement. It works fantastic. Super easy to connect. I used this for my work iPad and the swivel is perfect. The keyboard helps me be efficient when I am not in my office and I am working from the field.

It works well with some (in my opinion) minor quirks.1. The keyboard is lighter than the iPad which makes the overall setup slightly top heavy. As such if the display leans back too much it will fall over.2. You should always open it by putting a finger on the iPad screen so that the iPad does not pop out on the top. Ideally the plastic hooks need to be a little larger. If you pull it open by pulling on the area around the pencil holder the iPad easily pops out and if it happens too much the plastic hooks weaken. So long as you open it pushing on the screen it's OK.Otherwise it's pretty cool!

I bought it to use during classes at school, but it's also convenient for browsing the web and using my laptop while lying in bed at home. It's a bit heavy, but I'm still satisfied with it.

So I bought this thing less than a month ago, and it’s already broken. I don’t move it around, it doesn’t get carried in a bag or dropped. It has literally sat on my desk with my iPad in it the entire time and not even been picked up. It’s never been dropped or mishandled. You can look at the casing and tell it doesn’t even have a scratch on it. It did work great, and I loved it. I like the keyboard a lot, the keys have a very high quality feeling to them. The trackpad feels cheap is the only complaint I had, it doesn’t click unless you press at the bottom, but even that I could deal with. But then today I’m sitting at my desk using the trackpad, and it just started spazzing out, randomly jumping all over my screen, even opening other apps I didn’t click on, changing the screen, and it’s impossible to control the pointer now. I have no idea what’s wrong with this thing, it was working just fine then suddenly went haywire. I’m really disappointed. I’m thinking about buying another one and seeing if maybe I just got one that wasn’t so great because I really like this case and the keyboard. But after of less than a month of gentle use, it’s already messed up. Super disappointed.

I looooooove this keyboard. I'm a musician so a keyboard that goes flip without exposing the keyboard is sooooooo helpful when I have to set my iPad on a stand. I would recommend leaving it on the charger when you first get it into the light is green before trying to pair it. Other than that, it works perfectly and the midnight green goes perfect with my mint green third party pencil-style stylus. Everything fits together perfectly!

This was a great purchase! Go me!The swivel is great, it’s it more secure than the magnet style, I love a pen holder, and the key board has a good feel to it. If you enjoying typing, like some of us, it is a comfy device.It has been a great work tool and easy to watch when I’m lounging it up, or down as it were.2 thumbs up and 8 fingers up! (Get it, because you use your fingers to type on the…….never mind).

Does it work? Marginally! I keep having to turn it off and back on again, as the iPad and keyboard seem to become confused as I type.The plastic is slick, meaning if you are walking and holding this, you run the risk of it sliding out of your grip. A simple and easy fix is putting a texture to the plastic, something I thought would be standard by now, and apparently, it is not!I am not an upset customer, nor am I impressed! It could be so much more, and it isn't!

Good case for the iPad works as it should. Makes it more like a laptop.

I have an iPad Pro and the iPad wont stay mounted in the case after one year of use. The keyboard tends to lock of your iPad or cause things not to work. Turning it off and then on again helps, but is annoying as I use this for my work.

I Like this product a lot. Only problem is the iPad makes it very too heavy. Have to be careful to avoid tipping. Latches to hold iPad do seem a little sus. Can’t see them lasting too many in and outs. While I do like the case, probably not worth the triple digits
