Great for feeling better after sport so you can go again the next day
I gave these a try because I play sport on consecutive days and my legs (especially) often feel tired on the second day, stopping me from being at my best. I must say, they massively improved how I felt and I definitely improved my performances as a result. Not only that, they're very tasty and refreshing to drink straight after a game.

One of the nicest I've tried
I've tried a couple of different brands vanilla on the go protein shakes. This is the nicest I've tried. Not as heavy on the protein, but still a pleasant vanilla tasting shake. This works out cheaper than buying individually from the shops.

Taste amazing
The recovery shakes are ideal if you’re busy and need something nutritional and great tasting after a difficult session.I compete at a high level in powerlifting and for me after a really tough session they have proven very useful in starting that recovery process.Would highly recommend for both recreational and more serious sports enthusiasts!

Preference is chocolate to vanilla
This brand is very good, no major nasties in there and having tried the vanilla, i still prefer the chocolate flavour. I'm very disappointed at the cheeky drop from 500 ml.

Only 1 bottle was okay, the others were defected with a very sour gone off smell and taste, caused fizzy to tongue

Perfect for refuelling when you are busy!
I've used these shakes for many years as they were recommended by my Sports Scientist friend. They taste delicious and are perfect for refuelling when you are short of time or in between training sessions. I swim 6 times a week with a Masters club and train for aquathlons (swim/run) so these make up a huge part of my training regime.
