Love it all. Works great for my phone even with the case on. Very easy to use and is of good quality.

2 pack is a good value
Not much to say. Wireless charging in itself is not very fast yet in general compared to plugging the phone in directly. I have other wireless charging pads that claim to be "fast charging" and this charger is right on par with the others. I had my phone battery down about half way and took turns placing it on 4 different wireless chargers that all claim " fast charging" and my phone estimated the same "time to full" as the others.My galaxy s20+ from 0% is roughly 3 hours; from 50% is roughly 1.5 hours. I'd buy this again if I needed more. I just wish they folded to make it easier for traveling.

Takes 6 or more hours to charge.
Odd this is described as a fast charger. It takes more than six hours. It does not come with a box so I went and got a fast charge box thinking that would make the difference. It charges no faster using a fast charger into a wall socket than it does plugged into a computer monitor.I wont bother returning because its not worth the packing, trip, and time at Staples for 20bucks. Ill use it with out the cord as a phone stand on my desk.

doesn't charge fast enough
I'm actually starting a return. I don't know if its me or the device but it takes a long time to charge my phone compared to the plug in that I was using. Its not going to work for me.
