This is an oddball for me with Nootropics. Most people use it for anxiety reduction and taken at night for advancing the dream landscape. I have a much different reaction - yes it really changes my dreams, but it is odd and slightly neurotic with lots of interaction with other dream characters, and not restful sleep. I took 2 caps one night and had the strangest evening of nearly all-night dreaming and woke up exhausted.Its benefits for me are more realized when taken during the day, with simply a greater ease and calm, and no drowsiness like many people report. As a nootropic, it is not especially noteworthy in focus building like the racetam family, but its a nice augment to other nootropic supplements.The ingredients seem to be high quality, just what I would expect from Pure Nootropics.

I absolutely love this product! Previously, I was taking prescription ADD meds; I found I was jittery on those. Since taking this supplement, I no longer have a need for traditional ADD prescriptions. Also, it's less expensive, which is a plus!

I took this for just 3 days and ended up with terrible gastrointestinal issues, stomach pain, bloating, etc. Here it is a week later and although my stomach is a little better it still isn't 100%. It really messed up my gut. Would not take it again and can't return it. Would not recommend.

This was very disappointing and I'd had high hopes for Bacopa as an adaptogen. Here's the problem: The average daily dosage for a person is 300 or 600mg per day. Each of the capsules in this product contain 300mg. However, if you go to the manufacturer's website (Purenootropics.net) the product inside each capsule called BaCognize has been standardized or reduced to only 12% purity. The studies on websites like Braintropics.com (all about nootropics) indicates that in order to receive benefits at 300mg, then the product taken must be at 50% purity.What does that mean? It means that in order for you to receive the full therapeutic benefit of this product you'll have to take FOUR capsules per day. NOT one like the bottle indicates.YOU are really only paying for about 22 days worth of this Bacopa Monnieri. NOT 90 DAYS!

Ordered on May 1, 2019. As of today, May 6, date Amazon images do not show standardized bacopa glycosides % content. Until I received the product I was unaware that the % which is very low at 12% compared with amount used in studies which are standardized to 55%.I will need to take 4x the amount of product to achieve same result with this so I am returning it.

They don't smell good. No results yet. Absolutely no difference
