There isn't much to dislike about a sturdy resistance band that has a handlebar and foot pedals, for lack of a better word. It's well made and sturdy, so it will likely outlast your exercise routine. I love the purple color (my favorite). It's perfect for using while sitting on a yoga mat or even doing chair yoga. But because of the design of the "foot pedals," you wouldn't want to stand and use it...too bulky under your foot. I really love how effective and simple it is.

Great price point, quality isn't too bad either. Feels flimsy but it's actually more durable than you'd expect.

I'm finding this product really easy and fun to use. It's ready to go, right out of the package, and it's pretty self-explanatory. Within seconds, I was getting a little workout in without having to leave my home or even get fully dressed. It's easy to modify your workout to make sure you're not overworking or straining anything, which is great. And it even includes a secondary exercise tool that opens up a ton of possibilities for different exercises.This might not be a product that will last forever but it should keep you going for a good while and for the price, you just can't beat it. If you're going to make a New Year's resolution that you're not sure you're going to keep, you're better off buying this for $10 and using it until one of you wears out than you would be dropping hundreds of dollars on a treadmill or some other huge piece of equipment that takes up space and quickly turns into a clothes rack.I'm really pleased with this and I look forward to getting some mini-workouts in on my breaks from work and increasing my strength from the comfort of home.

This is a cute little substitute when you're at work and cannot get the gym etc. The thing is fairly simple to use and is great for stretches etc. Mind you, this is not for the avid gym-goer/body builder etc. This is just something that can either get you started on the exercise trail or keep you limber on days where you cannot find the time to get out of the office/house etc. Super easy to carry and store and very tiny footprint. Would def. recommend espl. for the price!

I am 5'7 and I feel like I would need to be at least 6 feet tall to do any sort of crunches or ab exercises with the part that has the foot holds. It's a good idea, but it's just too long. Also, while I was stretching the little round thing came out of the handle as you can see in my picture. I don't know if that means it's coming apart, and now I'm afraid to use it as I don't want it coming lose and ricocheting back at me while I'm stretching. The smaller band with the handholds was nice, however, for stretching my shoulders and arms.

This is easy to use. I love the color of it. zit helps me get a small workout in and also helps me with stretching.

Cheap, unsturdy material and not very versatile. It's not comfortable to do any standing exercises and the length doesn't work very well for anyone over 5 feet. Try at your own risk, but me--I'd stay away.
