The media could not be loaded. I recently acquired this desk light featuring an optional clamp, and overall, it stands as a reliable performer. The lamp lives up to its claim of delivering 1200 lumens, verified using the app "Lux Light Meter Pro" on my Android phone from around a foot away. The brightness is great for tasks requiring focused attention, and the dimmer and color change function adds a nice layer of customization.Opting for the lamp style proved more practical than the headlamp alternatives, covering a larger surface area effectively. The adjustable design and strong clamp make it a versatile addition to my workbench. It maintains its position without sagging, offering flexibility without sacrificing stability.Nevertheless, every product has its drawbacks. The absence of wireless/rechargeable functionality is a notable inconvenience. The attached cord is disappointingly short, necessitating the use of an extension cord in any setup. While the power button's placement on top and its touch operation are convenient, the exclusion of a cordless option feels like a missed opportunity for enhanced mobility.My primary gripe, however, lies in the brightness. Despite the lamp's 1200 lumens, I find myself wishing for an even brighter maximum output. However, the current max is suitable for most jobs that would require magnification. Using as a desk lamp is not a great alternative use and would probably require closer to 2000 lumens.In summary, this desk light is a well-built product that lives up to its advertised specifications. Its durability, adjustable features, and strong clamp make it a valuable addition to any workspace. While the lack of wireless functionality and short cord are notable downsides, the main caveat is the desire for an even brighter output. If enhanced brightness is a top priority for you, this may not be the ideal choice; otherwise, it remains a solid purchase.

Works great it is compatible with different tables. The magnification is great and the light has adjustable brightness.

I bought this to work on model cars. The light and magnifying glass work well as does the clamp to attach it to a desk. I gave it 4 stars because the base is a little light in weight. It will tip if you move the light far forward. It will work for what I need it for however if I put a heavy item on the base to keep it from tipping.

I have been in the process of building a n scale model railroad layout for some time now. Some aspects of the construction can be a real challenge because of the miniature size of everything. Having this light and magnifier combination has allowed me to see my construction mistakes much more easily. It is small enough to place on the layout where I am working, and relatively easy to adjust as needed. Very helpful and well made.

As stated, I received the light and put it right to workin my shop. Great tool to see small items to work on and light is just right. Light can be dimmed or brightened depending on your liking. Easy set up and it it attached so it is sturdy while I work on things.

Using this on my workbench for close-up work, really useful, good value. The regular base or workbench mounting mechanism are a plus.

I like the flexibility of the light intensity settings. I've had other similar units but this is the first one with that feature. It is a really nice basic light/magnifying light unit for the price.

I was amazed to see the definition in lighting when trying out the different colors helps with looking at coins so much easier as you get older with worn out eyes..Definitely all as described and worth the time in buying
