After warranty service
After 15 month the mug would no longer keep heating and Nextmug offered to send replacement even outside warranty.

No more keeping charge after 9 months
At first great, does yellow with coffee but the aftr 9 months the battery will not keep its charge anymore. Tried customer support with no success

Seems to work well, although reliability not known yet – others have reported poor battery life.One negative is that although it comes with a universal (i.e. 110/240 v AC) charger, it has a US plug, so you will need an adaptor.
