I've had to return many things for not matching the description or poor quality.I really feel this offers good value for money - it's super well made and a very acceptable price for a phone accessory. I recently purchased the Leaplumin Aluminum Phone Mount for Tripod, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. The build quality of this accessory is outstanding and truly high-end. Sturdy, well made from quality materials, but unfortunately the versatility is not great, since that little knob won't allow you to use various microphones.From the description I thought that the cold shoe for the mic will extend a bit longer so you can comfortable attach any mic to it, but my fears have come true when I received and tested the item.It works decently with the Rode Wireless Go II even though, once you mount the mic receiver you can't press the button on top of it to turn it on, but you can turn it on before you mount it and it's fine. It stays secure in its place, even though you have to make sure you keep a finger behind the extended bit, otherwise you will push it with the mic.For the Rode VideoMic Go (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GQDORA4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) it's definitely not useful, since it can't be attached to the extended cold shoe (please see the pictures attached).If the extendable cold shoe for the mic was a bit longer or the knob on the top of the mount would have been smaller, or a bit out of the way, this product would have been excellent, 5 out of 5, but unfortunately it is not, and it's frustrating.I hope this will help redesign this great product addressing the small but annoying practicality and functionality issues, and come up with the perfect product.

Whist it’s solidly made I bought it to fit on to my Nikon camera as a holder for my iPhone it won’t fit onto the slide on the top of the camera , also to mount a GoPro to it see attached photos . It fails in both ways .Whist it fits my tripod Swiss Arca mount see photos it’s not what I would call a full fit . Also I wouldn’t trust my GoPro on it as the mount is not secure see photo and doesn’t slide all the way in, therefore the GoPto will fall off The only way I’ve found to use this is by using the screw mount on it either to a tripod or another mount.

I like that it is made out of metal and is solidly built, although it does add more weight.....but it is worth it in my opinion.It fits my Samsung Galaxy Note perfectly using a dial to get the exact fit. Nice rubber pads at the contact points prevent scratches on your phone and ensure a tight grip to prevent your phone from falling out.I use this for all my various tripods.

The media could not be loaded.  This is exactly what I was looking for to be able to use my Samsung S23 Ultra with my Manfrotto tripod setup. I tried other phone holders but they were either to small to hold my S23 Ultra or they were made of cheap plastic. This Phone Tripod Mount is all Aluminum and built like a tank, yet it is small enough to put in a pocket. It adjusts very fast with the turn knob which is great. Nice quality rubber on the phone gripping edges and where your phone back will sit against. Has several places that accessories could be mounted and a Bubble level on top. You are not gonna break this thing even if your tripod crashes to the ground. Absolutely recommend this!
