Geoffrey Beene Men's Long-Sleeve Regular-Fit Solid Shirt

Despite the fact that it's labeled 'no iron,' the shirt has fine, permanent wrinkles in the material that won't iron out. They're not bad enough that I would return the shirt, but it's ironic (no pun intended.) The color is a lovely shade of green and my husband is happy with it. Looks great.

Geoffrey Beene dress shirts are my husband's favorites. I love the vivid colors, the sateen finish and the fit. They are true to size and stand up to weekly wear and wash for years. I've bought other shirts for my husband, but these are the ones that seem to make it year after year in his closet. Everyone is always asking where he gets his shirts and what brand his shirt is. I no longer buy any other brand of dress shirt for him.

This is a swell shirt, great fit, nice color. HOWEVER: The listing on Amazon does not specify that it's SATEEN. Not a word. I'm personally not fond of sateen. This shirt isn't as shiny/cheesy as some, I'll say that in its favor, and I'll keep the shirt.....but the listing really should say sateen. Unclear descriptions cost everyone time, money, energy, disappointments......

I did not get the color I was expecting because the picture for the yacht blue shirt is a brown/tan shirt. So I was expecting to get the shirt in the picture (brown) but got the yacht blue color. so they need to fix that...

I bought this shirt for my halloween costume. Every other dress shirt I own is an XL and fits just fine, but this one was pretty tight across the chest. For a shirt that I'll probably only wear this once though, it did the job.

The color was somewhat different from the website. But still happy with shirt. Seems well made and fits well.

Fit and color is great, however it was not listed as Sateen on the description. I would not have purchased it in Sateen if I had known. My experience with Sateen is that it pills way to quickly and looks old. Love Beene shirts and they're all we buy, but even though I love the feel of Sateen, it's not worth buying. I won't send it back now, but I will make sure I find out beforehand next time!

Shirt arrived quickly and was as described. It is well made and has a nice shiny look to it. I wore it with a suit and received a few compliments. I am not sure if it would be too nice for khakis but that wouldn't keep me from buying it, especially for the price.
